Stan Berk is a seasoned professional with a rich career spanning over four decades in the fields of personal injury law and finance. He embarked on his professional journey in 1976, graduating with a law degree from Southwestern University. His early career saw him serve as a legal liaison at the University of California Counsel Office at UCLA Hospitals and as an attorney assistant at California Legal Aid. He started his own law firm specializing in personal injury law in 1977, presently the O’Hara Law Firm Corporation.

In the intervening years, Stan worked in the finance sector, where he has left an indelible mark. His extensive experience includes 17 years of managing hedge funds and over 20 years of private equity investment, during which he managed three funds. His expertise is not limited to these areas; he has also made significant contributions in venture capital, public equity, start-ups, and real estate investment and development.Since 2016, Stan has focused his efforts on working with companies in various innovative sectors. These include cell therapy, cryogenics, drug delivery systems, lab testing, pathogen alleviation, e-waste, environmental mining, air ambulance, and internet security. His diverse experience and adaptability have allowed him to stay at the forefront of these rapidly evolving industries.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Stan is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He volunteered as a high school baseball and basketball coach for 20 years, demonstrating his passion for sports and youth mentorship. He has also served on the board of Disability Advocates in Reno, Nevada, advocating for the rights and well-being of individuals with disabilities.
